Sales Contract:

This is to certify that the DOG/PUPPY as described _______________________________, born on__________ hereinafter referred to
as "the DOG/PUPPY" was sold to
______________________________ (Name), _______________________________
(Address), _______________________________ (City, State, Zip),
________________________(phone number) on ___________________ (Date) for a total sum of $__________ which is hereby
acknowledged as received. If the amount given is a deposit, partial or down payment, the sum of $__________ was received and the
amount of $_________ is due and payable on or before _____________. Buyer is responsible for paying full shipping costs, including
appropriate sized crate.

The DOG/PUPPY is a purebred Miniature Australian Shepherd sired by _________________________; dam is
_________________________. Registration papers with the NSDR and/or ASDR will only be given at purchase time if said
DOG/PUPPY has been approved by breeder to be purchased as a breeding dog.

Breeder guarantees that the DOG/PUPPY is healthy and free of  life threatening diseases, such as heart, kidney, etc. and has had
vaccination(s) required for its age at the time of this agreement. The buyer agrees to have the DOG/PUPPY examined by a licensed
veterinarian within three (3) days of receipt of the puppy, excluding weekends. IF the DOG/PUPPY is determined to be in poor health, as
evidenced by a veterinarian's written statement, the Buyer can elect to keep the DOG/PUPPY, assuming all costs for its care, or may
return the DOG/PUPPY for a DOG/PUPPY of equal value upon a receipt of the veterinarian's statement regarding the DOG'S/PUPPY'S
health. This provision will expire 72 hours after Buyer takes possession of the DOG/PUPPY, weekends excluded.

Breeder will not give any guarantees for color of eyes or height the Dog may be. Breeder can only guess what the size may be
depending on the height of the Dog’s parents. Eye color will be determined at 8 weeks of age, but can change a different color as the
DOG/PUPPY ages, especially green or amber.

Buyer certifies, by signing and/or reading this agreement, that the DOG/PUPPY will live with the Buyer, will have adequate exercise,
nutritious food and necessary health care by a licensed veterinarian, including appropriate vaccinations, and thereafter, yearly
vaccinations including rabies. Buyer also certifies, by signing and/or reading this agreement that he/she is not acting as an agent in
this purchase; that the Buyer will not resell this DOG/PUPPY to a pet store, guard dog business or medical research facility.

Breeder guarantees this DOG/PUPPY free of hip or eye defects of a genetic origin for a period of one year when being sold for breeding
purposes . In the event hip or eye defects occur, Buyer will provide written certification from the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA)
or the Canine Eye Registration Foundation (CERF), respectively, as evidence of the defect. The guarantee consists of replacement of
the DOG/PUPPY with a DOG/PUPPY selected ONLY by the breeder, when breeder has next available litter of puppies. Breeder makes
no guarantee regarding the loss of the DOG/PUPPY because of accidental death, theft, sickness,any kind of worms etc., or any other
loss beyond the Breeder's control, except as stated above.

This DOG/PUPPY is being sold as PET QUALITY ONLY which is defined as a puppy that is not guaranteed to show in any form and is
not guaranteed for breeding purposes. All puppies should be spayed/neutered by 6 months old. No registration papers will be issued
until the DOG/PUPPY is altered. With written proof from a licensed veterinarian that the DOG/PUPPY has been altered then papers to
register your DOG/PUPPY can be sent. The buyer may purchase registration papers for breeding purposes for an extra fee upon
approval from the seller, again no guarantees will be given except for hips and eyes.

This Sales Contract is non-transferable. Should Buyer decide to sell the DOG/PUPPY at any time, Buyer agrees to first contact Breeder
and allow the Breeder the first opportunity to purchase the DOG/PUPPY. Should Buyer relinquish ownership of said DOG/PUPPY, this
Sales Contract shall be deemed null and void.

PLEASE NOTE: YOU ARE AGREEING TO THIS CONTRACT WETHER YOU SIGN IT OR NOT!! ALSO NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY
REASON, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Although there are no plans at present to stop breeding Miniature Australian Shepherds, the above guarantees are valid only so long as
Breeder is breeding said dogs. Should Breeder cease breeding said dogs, for any reason, this Sales Contract will become null and
void. In the event of a dispute, the state of Nebraska will have jurisdiction over the matter.
